Why I Decided to Build This Plugin

While working with WooCommerce stores, I kept noticing the same problem: managing FAQs for every product was unnecessarily difficult.

If a store has only five or ten products, adding FAQs manually may still feel manageable. However, when the number of products increases, opening each product individually, adding questions and answers, and then displaying them through a page builder or product template becomes a time-consuming process.

That problem inspired me to build Product FAQ Manager for WooCommerce.

My goal was simple: to create a plugin that allows store owners to manage product FAQs from one central admin page.

With this plugin, users can add up to 10 questions and 10 answers for each WooCommerce product. There is no need to open and edit every product separately. The administrator can search for a product, open the FAQ popup, add the questions and answers, and save everything from one place.

I also decided to keep the question and answer shortcodes separate. This gives users more flexibility when creating their product page layouts.

For example:

[product_faq_q1]

displays the first question, while:

[product_faq_a1]

displays its answer.

The shortcodes automatically detect the current WooCommerce product. This means users do not need to add the product ID repeatedly when using the shortcodes inside a single product template.

While developing the plugin, my main priorities were:

  • Making FAQ management simple

  • Keeping FAQs separate for every product

  • Providing individual shortcodes for questions and answers

  • Loading products quickly

  • Making all FAQ fields easy to manage inside a popup

  • Supporting product search and load-more functionality for large stores

  • Making the shortcodes easy to use with Elementor and other page builders

This plugin was not created to add unnecessary complexity. It was built to solve a common WooCommerce problem in a simple and practical way.

Product FAQs are not only useful for customer support. Well-written FAQs can answer customer concerns, make buying decisions easier, improve the shopping experience, and reduce repetitive support requests.

That is why I created a solution that helps store owners manage product questions and answers without technical complexity.

Product FAQ Manager for WooCommerce is a simple solution built from a real-world need.
